Chef Cathy Garossino has enjoyed cooking for friends and family for
years. She has successfully catered dinners, parties and events of all kinds
during her extensive travels around the world. She lived in Africa for many
years where she picked up a specialty in Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine.
Chef Cathy has a Culinary Arts Degree from the Art Institute of Houston where she
graduated with honors and was the recipient of the Young
Professional Award from L'Acadamie
Brillat-Savarin and Chaine
des Rotisseurs Foundation. She is a proud member of the Personal Chefs NetworkTM.
In addition to her private clients Chef Cathy has professional experience at the Kid's Cafe
and at the
Sweetwater Country Club and has given of her time to teach classes in cooking and basic food preparation at the Boys and Girls Club.
